Still Point Kinesiology — Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Still Point Kinesiology, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings
Sessions can be booked online through our booking page, or by contacting us directly.
Available session types include:
Initial Consultation (1.5 hrs) — $160
Follow-Up Session (1 hr, in person or online) — $135
Starter Pack (3 x 1.5 hr sessions) — $432
Life Coaching Package (5 x 2 hr sessions) — $980
Animal Balance (1 hr) — $75
Full payment (or an agreed deposit) is required to confirm your booking.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
Missed appointments without notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full session fee.

3. Health Disclaimer
Kinesiology is a complementary, holistic therapy and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical professional.
Please consult your GP or relevant healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
Clients are asked to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medications prior to their session, so sessions can be adapted appropriately.
Results and outcomes vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
4. Session Expectations
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as your appointment cannot run past its scheduled end time.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent, and a parent/guardian must be present for the session.
5. Animal Balancing Sessions
The animal's owner or handler must be present for the entire session.
Owners are responsible for their animal's behaviour and safety during the appointment.
Please advise us in advance of any behavioural concerns, medical conditions, or handling requirements for your animal.
Still Point Kinesiology is not liable for any incidents arising from an animal's behaviour during a session.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Personal and health information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used only to provide and improve your care.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Liability
Kinesiology sessions are undertaken at the client's own risk.
Still Point Kinesiology accepts no liability for outcomes, as kinesiology is a complementary therapy and not a guaranteed medical treatment.
Clients are responsible for informing their practitioner of any changes in their health that may affect their session.
8. Photos & Testimonials
With your permission, we may request to use anonymous feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes.
No personal identifying information or images will be used without your explicit consent.
9. Changes to These Terms
Still Point Kinesiology reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
