How Sessions Work
Every session is shaped around you — what your body needs support with, right here and now.
Kinesiology sessions are calm, supportive, and designed to help your body move out of a stressed state and back into balance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
1
We Start by Talking
We chat about what's been going on for you — in your body, your emotions, or your mind — and what kind of support you're looking for. This helps shape the direction of your session.
2
Finding the Stress Points
Through kinesiology muscle monitoring, we pinpoint where stress or imbalance may be showing up in your nervous system, emotions, or overall wellbeing.
3
Releasing & Rebalancing
We use gentle methods — which might include acupressure, grounding exercises, breathwork, or mindset techniques — to help your body let go of stress and find its way back to equilibrium.
4
Settling & Reflecting
We finish by checking in together, reflecting on what surfaced during the session, and helping your body settle into the shifts that occurred.
After your session: Feeling lighter, calmer, or clearer afterward is common — though everyone's experience is a little different. Some people notice a shift right away; for others, it unfolds gradually over the next few days. Try to drink plenty of water, rest if you need to, and be gentle with yourself while your body settles in. If emotion surfaces, that's a normal part of the process — it simply means your body is working through and releasing what it's been holding.
What Is Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that helps bring stress held in the body to the surface, supporting a return to balance across your emotional, mental, physical, and energetic wellbeing.
How Does It Work
Your body and nervous system respond to stress in ways that can actually be observed and worked with. When stress builds up — whether from ongoing pressure, emotional overwhelm, past experiences, or physical strain — your nervous system can settle into a prolonged stress response. Left unaddressed, this can shape how you think, feel, and cope over time.
Kinesiology uses gentle muscle monitoring as a biofeedback tool to help locate where the body may be holding stress or imbalance. Kinesiology doesn't aim to diagnose or treat conditions — instead, it works to uncover patterns of stress and support your nervous system in finding a steadier, more regulated state.
